In Miyakojima, Ishigaki, Onna, Motobu and Chatan the prefectural rate is 0.8% plus a municipal 1.2% — use their dedicated entries. Nago City got MIC consent 2026-06-30 for its own additional 1.2% (cap 1,200 yen; formal 施行 2027-02-01 in the consent documents, but the city communicates a levy start around 2027-05) — it will become a dedicated entry once the levy start date is confirmed.
