Exemptions: School trips

Notes: Nagasaki Prefecture's second municipal tax after Nagasaki City: ordinance passed 2026-03-24, Minister of Internal Affairs consent 2026-08-28, start 2027-04-01 (as stated in the consent documents). Two tiers with no exempt band — 100 yen under ¥5,000 and 350 yen from ¥5,000 per person per night. School-trip participants and nursery/kindergarten (認定こども園・保育所) event participants, with their supervisors, are exempt.
